The Ouray County Build-out Analysis was performed by Dr. David Theobald of Colorado State University in 2006. The final draft of the report was provided to the County on January 25, 2007. As the Study Group reviewed the report a few revisions were requested to clarify results, incorporate mining claims, and make the final maps more readable.
